What Our Sessions Look Like

Here at ASD Fit we specialize in one to one adaptive personal training. These sessions are structured around the central idea of building Independence and confidence through repetition and working in a positive exercise environment.

Create a Positive Environment 

Our coaches are great at adapting to the clients needs. We understand that working out can be intimidating and we do our best to try to make it as comfortable as possible, so we can work on building our independence. We also try to have people with similar social interests in the gym at the same time to build on our clients ability to meet new friends and work on social skills.

Build
Rapport

We've seen so many individuals find success with ASD Fit after building their confidence through weekly routine and seeing familiar faces around the gym. Coaches analyze strengths and weaknesses and  work with the clients to find ways to achieve more success. No cookie cutter programs, we understand that every individual is unique to their own needs.

Expand
On Skills

We like to find ways to incorporate our clients strengths into workouts early on to build on an already established foundation. This is crucial to introduce clients to working out in a comfortable fashion. With this foundation, we like to expand on the skills that our clients already have.

Develop
New Skills

After we expand on our already established skillset, Our coaches will then try to develop new skills. We like to ask parents or guardians if there are specific skills or goals that they would like for the individual to be focusing on going forward. After these skills are built then we repeat the process.
