Important updates starting February 1, 2026

 

Dear ASD Fit Community,

 

It is truly a privilege to work with such an incredible community of athletes, families, and caregivers. To continue providing consistent, high-quality adaptive fitness services, we’d like to share a few important updates that will take effect beginning February 1, 2026.

 

Session Fee Update

Beginning in February 2026, our session rate will increase from $55 to $60. This adjustment allows us to continue supporting our coaching staff, maintaining individualized programming, and upholding the level of care and professionalism you’ve come to expect from ASD Fit.

Scheduling & Communication

To ensure all requests are handled efficiently and accurately, all scheduling changes, requests, or questions must go through the office:

Please refrain from contacting Ryan on his personal phone for scheduling matters. This allows him to remain focused while providing services in the gym, out at schools and support centers—and to enjoy his personal time away from of the gym. Routing communication through the office helps us avoid missed messages and ensures timely responses.

Office hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm

Billing Inquiries

All billing-related questions should be directed to Gayle in the office via email at gayle@asdfitboston.com. We kindly ask that billing questions not be directed to coaches, as this allows them to remain fully focused on client care during sessions. Coaches—including Ryan—do not have easy access to client account or billing information.

Past-Due Balances

To continue providing consistent, high-quality services to all clients, accounts must remain current. Balances past due by more than 45 days may result in temporary scheduling holds or additional fees until the balance is resolved. If you have questions or need support addressing a balance, please reach out to the office—we’re happy to help.

Venmo Payments

If paying via Venmo, please include:

• Client’s first initial and full last name (e.g., R. Feeney)

• The date or invoice # being paid

Venmo reports do not recognize emojis, and family members may not share last names, so this information helps ensure payments are applied correctly.

Please note:

• Gym session payments should be sent to @asdfitboston

• Non-profit events or merchandise will be clearly noted and should be sent to @asdfitrec

These are separate accounts with different fees and tax implications, so we appreciate your attention to this detail.

Cancellation Policy Reminder

We will be enforcing a 4-hour cancellation window. Sessions canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee. This policy helps us respect our coaches’ time and allows us to offer openings to clients on our waiting list.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to grow and refine our systems. These updates allow us to better serve our community while maintaining a supportive, organized, and professional environment for everyone.
